January 15

Nugent Drive, 2000 block: A burglar entered a white 2009 Mercury Mariner and a gold 2007 Jeep Patriot, both unlocked, and Apple headphones, Nolan Catholic School ID card, miscellaneous notebooks, currency, Texas Instruments calculator, Toshiba laptop, miscellaneous golf clubs with a golf bag, Walter Hagen driver and backpack were stolen, totaling $1,250 in loss.

Palmer Drive, 4200 block: A burglar entered an unlocked black 2010 Ford Edge, and miscellaneous currency, purse, wallet, Texas driver’s license and debit card were stolen, totaling $280 in loss.

January 16

FM 157, 1200 block: An automobile accident and an incident involving failure to identify a fugitive and intent to give false information were reported.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 1100 block: The windows of a black 2008 Honda Accord were damaged at a gym in an incident of criminal mischief, totaling $350 in loss.

S. Main Street, 1500 block: An unlocked gray 2000 Acura 3.2 TL in good condition was stolen, totaling $5,000 in loss.

Willow Creek Drive, 900 block: A burglar entered an unlocked red 2004 Chevrolet Silverado parked at a residence, and a Dell laptop, computer bag and folding pocket knife were stolen, totaling $1,170 in loss.

January 17

N. U.S. 287, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Kings Way Drive, 300 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for interfering with an emergency call.

Turner Warnell Road, 700 block: A burglar cut a chain or lock at a residence, and a Husky generator, Porter Cable air compressor, Echo chain saw, Graco texture sprayer, propane heater and Lincoln electric arc welder were stolen from a residence, totaling $2,850 in loss.

Blueberry Hill Lane, 600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. U.S. 287, 200 block: An individual was arrested for driving without a driver’s license.

Eastfield Drive, 1200 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property between $1,500 and $20,000.

Southern Hills Drive, 1400 block: A burglar entered a locked residence, and a Taurus .38 handgun, Citizen man’s watch, necklace and man’s wedding ring were stolen, totaling $11,840 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

Tonya May Lane, 1700 block: An unattended white 2011 Chevrolet 3500 belonging to an energy company was struck by a vehicle that did not stay at the scene, totaling $2,000 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

January 18

Matlock Road, 2300 block: An individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving 81 miles per hour in a 60 mph zone.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Nike Air Max, Adidas Powerblaze and Nike Cortez athletic shoes were stolen from a shoe store, totaling $172 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 3100 block: An abandoned vehicle was found parked along the main-traveled part of a roadway.

Breezy Oaks Drive, 1000 block: A gray 2013 Hyundai Electra that had been reported stolen was recovered at a residence.

E. Debbie Lane, 200 block: The window, fender, door and roof of a blue 2008 Toyota Avalon were damaged in an incident of criminal mischief at an apartment complex.

E. Broad Street, 1500 block: A burglar entered a black 1996 Ford F350 and a black 2014 Triple R trailer parked at a hotel, and two Porter Cable screw guns, three Dewalt screw guns, Ryobi saw, Milwaukee and Bosh hammer drills, Dewalt impact wrench, Milwaukee sheer, three grinders and Makita nibbler were stolen, totaling $3,120 in loss.

January 19

Breezy Oaks Drive, 1000 block: An incident involving credit card abuse was reported.

Waterwood Court, 100 block: A 9 mm Radom handgun was stolen from an unlocked blue 2013 Dodge Ram 1500, totaling $350 in loss.

January 20

FM 1187, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

N. Main Street, 2700 block: The catalytic converter was stolen from a red 2008 Dodge Ram 5500, totaling $4,000 in loss.

S. Main Street, 1500 block: 0.850 grams of methamphetamine was seized as police made an arrest on an outstanding warrant for another agency.

S. Main Street, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for the unlicensed possession of a firearm by a felon.

E. Broad Street, 3200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft between $1,500 and $20,000.

January 21

Matlock Road, 1600 block: A gravel drive at a city park was damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief causing substantial inconvenience, totaling $500 in loss.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft of materials: aluminum, copper or brass.

FM 157, 1200 block: A backpack containing a wallet, birth certificate, vehicle title, Texas driver’s license, Social Security card, tank top, leggings, hooded sweatshirt and Apple iPhone 4 were was stolen from an individual in a parking lot, totaling $255 in loss.

Plainview Drive, 600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: An incident involving criminal trespassing was reported, and an individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: A burglar entered an unlocked white 2014 Audi Q5 parked at an apartment complex, and a Hurley backpack, Michael Kors purse, Michael Kors wallet, bank debit card, Visa and MasterCards, Social Security card and Apple MacBook laptop were stolen, totaling $2,350 in loss.

January 22

Wisteria Street, 100 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Pleasant Ridge Drive, 600 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated assault causing bodily injury.

Regent Row Street, 10100 block: Two individuals were arrested for possession of marijuana.

Giles, 400 block: An individual was arrested for theft of an automobile.

N. U.S. 287, 1800 block: Four shirts, pair of jeans, pair of pants, Juicy Couture and Lucky You perfume, Axe body spray, Abreva cold sore medication, toothpaste, vitamins and other hygiene products, napkin holder and mirror worth $415.51 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
