October 20

FM 157, 1900 block: A 24-pack of Bud Lite beer worth $23.99 was stolen and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of less than $50 with a previous conviction.

Vista Lake Circle, 3300 block: The windows of a silver 2000 Audi parked at a residence were damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $500 in loss.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for alcohol consumption by a minor.

W. Belknap, 300 block: An individual was arrested for sexual assault - forcible rape.

McKown Drive, 600 block: An individual was arrested for disorderly conduct - using obscene language.

Commerce Drive, 1700 block: A burglar used a blunt instrument to enter a white 2012 Acura, and a Frye shoulder purse, Kate Spade checkbook wallet, Texas driver’s license, debit cards and credit cards from Nordstrom, Victoria’s Secret and Express were stolen, totaling $786 in loss.

October 21

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for parking in or blocking handicapped access.

E. Debbie Lane, 1500 block: Currency was stolen from an individual at a gym, totaling $5,220 in loss.

October 22

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 1100 block: A burglar damaged the rear passenger window of a locked gray 2012 Nissan Armada, and a lunch box, Apple iPad, bag and a cell phone charger were stolen, totaling $790 in loss.

E. Broad Street, 700 block: A burglar damaged the side window of a locked white 2013 Ford Explorer, and a Louis Vuitton purse and wallet, Texas driver’s license, debit and credit cards, Prada cosmetic case and Ford Explorer key fob were stolen, totaling $2,029 in loss.

Kings Way Drive, 500 block: A burglar entered an apartment by damaging the locked door, totaling $500 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

Fern Drive, 1400 block: An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

S. U.S. 287, 1600 block: A hay bale was stolen from a field, totaling $85 in loss.

W. Belknap, 300 block: An individual was arrested for criminal mischief.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: A individual was arrested for assault with a previous conviction.

N. U.S. 287, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for passing a school bus with flashing lights.

Breezy Oaks Drive, 1100 block: A red bicycle was found abandoned between a power pole and a fence at a residence and was picked up for safekeeping.

October 24

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

W. Debbie Lane, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Tate Street, 899 block: A padlock on a white 2000 Transhaul cargo trailer was damaged at a residence, and a 4,000-watt Champion generator was stolen, totaling $670 in loss.

Cheyenne Trail, 1500 block: A burglar unlawfully entered an unlocked white 2011 Ford F550 truck, and a Dewalt reciprocating saw, Milwaukee band saw, Rigid half-inch drill, Ryobi hammer drill and impact drill were stolen, totaling $1,465 in loss.

E Broad Street, 1700 block: A window at an office building was damaged with a blunt instrument in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $250 in loss.

October 25

Spyglass Drive, 1100 block: Copper wiring was stolen from a construction site, totaling $80 in loss.

Highpoint Lane, 500 block: An incident involving assault impeding breathing or circulation was reported.

Debbie Lane, 1600 block: A missing blue and green 2013 Fort Mustang GT 5 worth $26,500 was recovered at an apartment complex.

Debbie Lane, 1600 block: The wheels, tires and auto body parts of a maroon 2014 Nissan Sentra were damaged at an apartment complex in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $1,800 in loss.

FM 157, 1600 block: An automobile accident was reported and an individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol.

Heritage Parkway, 1500 block: A flat-bed trailer was seized for further investigation of possibly being stolen in an incident involving tampering with identification items on personal property.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Carnation Lane, 500 block: A burglar forcibly entered a new residence through a window, and a stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator was stolen, totaling $1,150 in loss.

Wheeler Drive, 1400 block: The paint of a black 2008 GMC Yukon was damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $750 in loss.

Columbia Court, 800 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

E. Dallas Street, 900 block: An individual was arrested for carrying an unlicensed weapon.

Matlock Road, 2400 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

October 27

Plainview Drive, 500 block: An incident involving theft of property was recorded.

N. U.S. 287, 2000 block: A burglar forcibly entered a locked white Chevrolet Avalanche through the passenger side window, and a Coach purse, 20 hydrocodone tablets, debit and credit cards, two birth certificates, three Social Security cards and two HTC Evo cell phones were stolen, totaling $2,135 in loss.

W. Debbie Lane, 100 block: An incident involving assault by threat was reported.

Smith Street, 100 block: $877.84 was stolen from a bank account in an office building in an incident involving fraudulent use or possession of identifying items.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 700 block: The left passenger door of a new, unattended, purple 2015 GMC Arcadia was damaged in a parking lot by a vehicle that did not stop, totaling $1,500 in loss.

Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: Malt O Meal, sirloin tip steak, Gatorade, Oscar Mayer cooked bacon, Banquet Salisbury steak, ribeye steak, Depends men’s underwear, Folgers coffee, bananas, ground beef, creamer, eggs, Axe Anarchy gift set, Eckrich beef sausage, cheese crackers, Velveeta, Stouffer’s Chicken Alfredo, Stouffer’s Chicken Parmesan, 20-pack of Coca Cola, Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli, pizza Lunchable, taco seasoning, toothbrushes, Stouffer‘s Five Cheese Lasagna and Oscar Mayer wieners worth $183.52 were stolen from a retail store and recovered and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

FM 1187, 1800 block: An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

October 28

Cherry Hill Court, 1300 block: An individual was arrested for assault impeding breathing or circulation.

Wedgewood Drive, 1100 block: A burglar forcibly entered a locked residence by damaging a wooden door frame, and a television, bracelets, rings, necklace, Canon digital camera and colognes were stolen, totaling $4,480 in loss.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1700 block: A black Samsung Galaxy 4 was stolen from an individual, totaling $300 in loss.

S. U.S. 287, 100 block: Earrings, necklaces, key chains, women’s underwear, two shirts, tank top and a dress worth $373 were stolen from a retail store and recovered, and an individual was arrested for theft of property.

Commerce Drive, 1700 block: A burglar forcibly entered a gray 2007 Toyota 4Runner through a passenger side window, and an Apple MackBook Pro laptop, Apple iPad, Samsonite briefcase and a Smith & Wesson Shield handgun were stolen, totaling $2,749 in loss.

October 29

Manchester Drive, 1000 block: An individual was arrested for DWI repetition.

N. U.S. 287, 1100 block: Two Samsung Galaxy cell phones and an Apple iPod were found in a trash can at a convenience store and held for safekeeping, and three individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants.

S. Waxahachie Street, 300 block: A window was damaged at a residence in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $200 in loss.

Breckenridge Road, 1500 block: A blue Taurus handgun found in a hotel room was picked up by police for safekeeping.

N. U.S. 287, 900 block: Shrimp, bacon and steaks were stolen from a grocery store, totaling $89.37 in loss.

Fern Drive, 1700 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a residence through the garage, and a black 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, purse containing a phone case/wallet, Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone, debit and credit cards, checkbook, two car seats, garage door remote and miscellaneous keys were stolen, totaling $8,497 in loss.

Blue Jay Drive, 900 block: An incident involving assault by threat was reported.

October 30

FM 917, 2900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a second individual was arrested for failure to identify a fugitive or intent to give false information, and a third individual was arrested for having an expired motor vehicle inspection.
