Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for assault causing bodily injury.

N. U.S. 287, 1400 block: An individual was arrested for bail jumping and failure to appear.

N. U.S. 287, 1700 block: A gray 2003 Chevrolet Silverado was burglarized, totaling $300 in loss.

N. U.S. 287, 1700 block: A burglar entered a white 2010 Ford F350 through the driver side door, and a Dell laptop, iPad and computer bag were stolen, totaling $3,500 in loss.

October 3

N. Lamar Street, 100 block: An individual was arrested for driving while a passenger had an open container of alcohol in the vehicle.

Brook Forest Drive, 1500 block: A green 1997 Infiniti Q45 was stolen from a residence, along with an HP laptop that was inside, totaling $3,900 in loss.

Bluebonnet Trail, 200 block: A burglar damaged a door jamb while forcibly entering a residence, and a Sony television, Apple iPad, bracelet and 50 necklaces were stolen, totaling $6,400 in loss.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

Renfro Street, 200 block: An individual was arrested for theft of property.

Matlock Road, 2200 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a blue 2006 Ford F150 parked at a store, and a stereo and purse containing a Texas driver’s license, Social Security card and prescription medication was stolen, totaling $360 in loss.

FM 157, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated for the third or greater time.

Farmington Drive, 1700 block: An individual was arrested for having a barking dog.

E. Broad Street, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Cotton Drive, 300 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

N. Texas 360, 2500 block: An individual was arrested for theft.

N. U.S. 287, 1100 block: A vehicle was seized and released to a second party and an individual was arrested for driving with a license that was invalid due to previous conviction or suspension without resolution of fines.

Cancun Drive, 1800 block: A door at a residence was damaged in an incident involving criminal mischief, totaling $600 in loss.

Matlock Road, 1500 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with drugs.

S. U.S. 287, 1900 block: An individual was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Penny Lane, 3200 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a building at a construction site, and white marble was stolen, totaling $7,563 in loss.

W. Debbie Lane, 700 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

FM 157, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

FM 157, 1700 block: A black Taurus handgun and ammunition were found in the roadway and picked up for safekeeping.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for sexual assault.

Speers Drive, 1600 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.

W. Debbie Lane, 100 block: A gray and black Apple iPhone 6 was stolen from a specialty store, totaling $650 in loss.

E. Debbie Lane, 1200 block: An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated with an open container of alcohol.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: An incident involving theft of service was reported at a specialty store.

Lone Star Road, 2000 block: Two air-conditioning units and an air compressor were stolen from a residence, totaling $1,800 in loss.

October 6

E. Debbie Lane, 1200 block: An individual was arrested for public intoxication with alcohol.

Chateau Lane, 1600 block: A black 1995 Dodge Ram was burglarized, and a work belt, tire gauge, knife, two stereos, gloves and a wood hatchet were stolen, totaling $370 in loss.

Heritage Parkway, 1600 block: An individual was arrested for theft of between $1,500 and $20,000.

E. Dallas Street, 700 block: An individual was arrested for driving without a driver’s license.

Country Club Drive, 1900 block: An incident involving credit card or debit card abuse was reported.

Adventus Court, 200 block: An incident involving the fraudulent use or possession of identifying items was reported at a residence.

Hidden Creek Drive 1200 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a black 2010 Toyota Prius through the unlocked driver’s side door, and 10 miscellaneous music CDs, car stereo face plate and miscellaneous U.S. coins were stolen, totaling $253 in loss.

N. Walnut Creek Drive, 900 block: A burglar unlawfully entered a white 2000 Ford Expedition, and a Huawei cell phone, Actel smart phone, purse, wallet, Texas driver’s license, debit and credit cards, library card, Medicaid cards, Social Security card, two birth certificates, shot records, and a Walmart layaway slip were stolen, totaling $265 in loss.

October 7

Martinique Drive, 1700 block: A burglar entered a black 2012 Nissan Altima at a residence, and an Apple iPhone car charger, auxiliary cord, two pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses, golf clubs and an amplifier were stolen, totaling $1,080 in loss.

Towne Crossing Boulevard, 1800 block: A vehicle was impounded, a Saiga rifle and ammunition were confiscated for safekeeping, and an individual was arrested on an outstanding warrant for a violation of a promise to appear.

Vivian Court, 2300 block: A burglar attacked the hinges of a rear door of a locked residence, and rings, watches, costume jewelry, Seiko watch, Rolex watch and currency were stolen, totaling $3,200 in loss.

Huffines Boulevard, 4000 block: An individual was arrested for aggravated sexual assault - forcible rape.

Shady Elm Drive, 4400 block: An incident involving assault causing bodily injury was reported.
