The weather was no friend to Mansfield’s annual Hometown Holidays parade and activities this year. The events, which were originally scheduled for last weekend, were rescheduled after an ice storm and freezing temperatures encased North Texas. Biting wind and temperatures in the 40s, plus competition from other events in the city, kept the crowds small for the celebration Saturday.
