Community sing-along

Everyone is invited to a patriotic musical postlude (congregation sing-along) at 9 a.m. at St. Gregory's Anglican Church 1091 Country Club Drive. Organist/choir master Josh Lang has prepared a medley of military songs from each branch of the service. The church is welcoming a new rector, Father Alan Horton, and his family.

Ice cream social

The Britton United Methodist Church will hold its annual Ice Cream Social at 7 p.m. at 4200 Britton Road. There will be homemade ice cream and desserts. No charge, but donations accepted. Several gospel singers will be presenting music in the sanctuary.
