Pickle Parade & Palooza

The fourth annual World’s Only St. Paddy’s Pickle Parade rolls down Main Street at 1 p.m. The free Pickle Palooza kicks off at 10 a.m. and runs until about 9 p.m. on Main Street with live music from the Mack & Dyan Band, Jolie Holliday and the Rental Rockers. The party also includes a Pickle Playground, food court, vendor area, pickle- and pie-eating contests and a street dance. www.pickleparade.org

The Mansfield Historical Museum and Heritage Center will host Vietnam Veteran Recognition Day from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. today and March 28 at the museum, 102 N. Main St.

Dump your junk during Beautification Day from 7 a.m. to noon at 651 Justice Lane. Couches, mattresses, box springs, junk, scrap metal, car batteries, appliances, tires, and bicycles will be accepted. Tree limbs and brush should be taken to 24 N. Mitchell Road. No contractors, businesses or hazardous waste.
