More than 200 runners signed up for the inaugural Snowman 5K Run at Katherine Rose Memorial Park on Saturday morning, taking advantage of the mild 50-degree weather.
People wanting to take a more leisurely pace strolled in the city’s annual Winter Walk, a mile route from Rose Park to Town Park.
Young winners in the Snowman Run took home specially made Build-A-Bears from Cook Children’s Medical Center, while older winners earned medals.
Everyone got to make s’mores at the fire pit.
