Nov. 8. I Am Dying To Tell You Something, a nonprofit organization that donates laptops to patients in treatment for cancer to help them stay connected with family and friends, holds its 4th annual charity golf tournament, 8 a.m.-1 p.m., at Sky Creek Ranch Golf Club, 600 Promontory Dr. in Keller.
