Keller and Fort Worth police have investigated a spike in area vehicle burglaries last month.
Thirteen burglaries were reported in Keller and North Fort Worth between April 21-24, according to the Keller Police Department. All but one vehicle were unlocked, and the suspects stole sunglasses, wallets, purses, laptops, GPS units and more.
Keller and Fort Worth police arrested the suspects from the six incidents on April 21, but police are still investigating the others.
In a Facebook post, Keller police reminded residents to lock their vehicles, take their valuables and hide anything else that has to stay in the car.
