Police are searching for a man who shot a couple as they left a quinceañera in north Fort Worth on Saturday.
One of the victims, a 57-year-old man, was “seriously” wounded and taken to a hospital, police said in a statement Tuesday. A woman who was injured was also taken to a hospital, but her condition was not available.
The couple had left a party in the 2800 block of Azle Avenue at about 10:55 p.m. Saturday. As they were sitting in their car in the parking lot, a dark-colored vehicle parked next to them, police said.
A man got out of the vehicle and fired at the couple’s car with a shotgun, injuring the woman, who was in the passenger seat.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this incident to call 817-392-4370.
He demanded the keys to the couple’s car and fired the shotgun again, wounding the man.
The man drove away when another vehicle drove up, said officer Tamara Pena, a police spokeswoman.
