Police were searching Wednesday for a robber in a safety vest who held up a southwest Fort Worth bank.

The robber walked into the Chase Bank at 4600 S. Hulen St. just before 11 a.m. and threatened the teller and demanded cash, police said in a news release.

He was given an undisclosed amount of money and ran away.

The robber is in his mid- to late 30s, about 5 feet 9 and about 180 to 190 pounds. He wore the reflective safety vest over a shirt, jeans, clear safety glasses and a black do-rag, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call 817-989-3330.
