1 confirmed dead in rollover on I-30 in Fort Worth

A deadly weekend on North Texas roads continued Saturday, with another person confirmed dead by Fort Worth police in a freeway rollover.

Fort Worth police reported the wreck about 11 a.m. Saturday, advising residents via Twitter that Interstate 30 was shut down in both directions at Chapel Creek Boulevard in west Fort Worth.

A few hours later, police spokesman Daniel Segura that an occupant of the wrecked vehicle died at a local hospital.

Few other details were immediately available. The freeway was opened about two-and-a-half hours after the wreck. Check back for updates.
