A missing 15-month-old girl was found in “good condition” Monday morning at a home in east Fort Worth, and her mother was arrested, said officer Daniel Segura, a Fort Worth police spokesman.
An Amber Alert went out for Twinkle Twinkie Twilight, also known as Twinkle Miles, about 9 p.m. Sunday.
Officials had allowed a visit with her biological mother, Vicki Miles, 42, on Saturday, they said. Miles fled with the child, Child Protective Services officials said in a news release.
Early Monday, Fort Worth police were conducting house-to-house searches in the area of Hanger Avenue and Collard Street when they received an anonymous tip that Miles was with her child at a nearby house, Segura said.

“Officers continued their meticulous search, and upon arriving at the house, they located the child and mother,” Segura said. “The actual residents of the house were not aware of the current situation. They were just trying to offer shelter for mother and child.”
Miles is expected to be charged with kidnapping, Segura said. She was in the Mansfield Jail on Monday afternoon with bail set at $25,000.
CPS had been granted custody of Twinkle in June, and the toddler was later placed in foster care.
