Fort Worth police talk about investigation after four people found dead in house
The four people who were found dead in a north Fort Worth home on Monday afternoon all died of apparent gunshot wounds, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
While no identities have been released, police say the four people were family members. Two were adults — a man and a woman — and two were children — a boy and a girl.
Their ages have not been released.
While police have said they are not looking for any suspects, they also haven’t confirmed whether the deaths were a triple murder-suicide.
Police have said they believe this is an isolated incident and they don’t believe there’s any danger to the public.
Officer Buddy Calzada said police were talking to the person who made the 911 call that brought officers to the house. Monday Officers didn’t say what time the bodies were found.
The family lived in a home in the 2000 block of Speckle Drive, just north of Basswood Boulevard.
