Family Dollar, the discount neighborhood retailer, is opening a new location in southeast Fort Worth.

According the plans filed with the city of Fort Worth, Family Dollar wants to build its new location at the southeast corner of South Riverside and Glen Eden drives, in the Rolling Hills neighborhood. The plans show the building will be 9,244 square feet on approximately one acre of land. No timeline was included with the permit application.

The owner is listed as Max Alley Investments LLC from Texarkana. There are currently 38 Family Dollar and Dollar Tree stores in Fort Worth.
