The driver of the 18-wheeler, Salvador Granados-Villanueva, 40, of Dumas, was not injured, according to the DPS.
The DPS says the roads were dry and both men were wearing seat belts. No other vehicles were involved in the wreck, said the DPS, which is continuing to investigate.
