Numerous women have reported sexual assaults at Massage Envy spas nationwide, according to a BuzzFeed News report on Sunday, though it's unknown whether any of the alleged incidents have happened in Texas.
BuzzFeed discovered that more than 180 women have filed "sexual assault lawsuits, police reports or state board complaints" against Massage Envy and its employees.
Susan Ingram told BuzzFeed that James Deiter, a massage therapist at a Massage Envy in West Chester, Penn., "ground his erect penis against Ingram's body," groped her breasts and put his fingers in her vagina during a massage in 2015, the report said.

"The day changed my life forever," Ingram said in an interview with ABC News. "I was just totally traumatized with sadness, pain and sobbing."
More than 100 other women reported that Massage Envy employees "groped their genitals, groped their breasts, or committed other explicit violations" during massages, the BuzzFeed report said.
An online search of Tarrant and Dallas County court records and federal court records in Texas showed no lawsuits against Massage Envy over sexual assault allegations.
Massage Envy, which has about 1,200 locations across the country, has about 40 spas in North Texas, including four in Fort Worth.
Last year, a woman sued the downtown Omni Fort Worth Hotel, alleging that a massage therapist there repeatedly touched her sex organs during a massage.
