XTO Energy employees, including Sam Thompson, began work Tuesday on a Trinity Habitat for Humanity home that will go to Mary Myers and her four granddaughters.
The work will continue this week in Sundance Square Plaza before the home is moved to east Fort Worth next week, Habitat officials said.
Myers, who was helping with the work Tuesday, said the house “is going to mean a big change in our lives … a new beginning.”
