A man fatally struck in a hit-and-run wreck Saturday night in Arlington has been identified, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office.
Mark Lewis, 58, was 80 percent visually impaired. He appeared to be crossing the street at about 11:50 p.m. in the 1800 block of East Park Row Drive, Arlington police spokesman Chris Cook said.
Police are seeking help identifying the driver, who was last seen in the area of Park Row Drive and Browning Drive. Witnesses told police a small, light-colored sedan with a broken windshield struck a man who appeared to be crossing the street, Cook said.

Lewis was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, Cook said.
