Police released a picture Monday of a light-colored sedan that might have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run wreck.

The driver, who has not been identified or arrested, hit a man who was using a cane to cross the street in the 1800 block of East Park Row Drive Saturday, police said.

The victim was in his late 50s and 80 percent visually impaired, police said. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been released.

Anyone with information is asked to contact crash investigator Brent Mayorga at 817-459-5635. Tipsters may remain anonymous by calling Tarrant County Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477).

The image released Monday was from surveillance video near the intersection of Park Row and Browning Drive. The car has a broken front windshield, police said.
