One man dead after Tuesday shooting in Arlington; shooter sought

A 21-year-old Arlington man died Tuesday in a shooting on Windsprint Way.

An Arlington man died Tuesday after being shot by a gunman who police say probably knew the victim.

Officials with the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office identified the victim as Kevin Anderson, 21. He died at a local hospital shortly after the shooting.

No one had been arrested as of Wednesday morning.

The shooting call came into police about 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of Windsprint Way.

When they arrived, police located Anderson who apparently had suffered gunshot wounds, police said.

Police did not believe the shooting was random.
