A former Missouri police officer was sentenced Tuesday by a Fort Worth-based judge to 20 years in federal prison for transporting child pornography.
Eric Miltonhall, 40, pleaded guilty to one count of transportation of child pornography, the U.S. attorney’s office reported in a news release.
Miltonhall stayed with a friend in Arlington for about a month in 2014. On April 15, he used his personal computer, which was connected to his friend’s Internet, to transmit the images, according to the news release.
Investigators learned that before he came to Arlington, he accessed and deleted thousands of images and videos of child pornography that included toddlers and infants, the news release stated.
