A three-man team that operates Marty B’s, Marty B’s Coffee, 1845 Taste Texas and Rustico Wood Fired Grill and Wine Bar will soon open a Tex-Mex restaurant in Argyle.

Behind the new Cactus Canyon restaurant are Marty Bryan, Alan Mann, and Brian Gasperson. Bryan is creating most of the food options, and Gasperson most of the drink menu, but it’s a combination of all three of their thoughts and visions, Gasperson said.

At Cactus Canyon, located at 600 FM 407, customers can expect fajitas and amazing margaritas, Gasperson says. It will feature a full-service bar, restaurant seating for 300-325 diners and fireplaces.

The 8,000-square-foot stucco restaurant sits on three acres off 407 between 377 and 35W. The $4 million project is being built by Apogee Architectural in Addison. A Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing on Thursday says construction will start Dec. 1 and should be completed by March 31, 2025.
