Joe T. Garcia’s is welcoming a familiar face to its Fort Worth eatery next week.

Actor Mark Wahlberg will be at the restaurant from 7 to 7:45 p.m. Monday to promote tequila brand — Flecha Azul. The tequila company was founded in 2017 and launch in 2020 by Aron Marquez and professional golfer Abraham Ancer, who will also be at Monday’s event.

The “Boogie Nights” and “The Departed” actor joined the tequila brand as an investor in 2022 and has been promoting it ever since on social media and at in-person events.

In March, Wahlberg was spotted pouring tequila at a Dallas restaurant that night and was back at it the next day for a Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods bottle signing, according to the Dallas Morning News.

At Monday’s Fort Worth event, fans can likely expect the same kind of event.

“You won’t want to miss the Marky Marg!” Joe T. Garcia’s posted on Facebook.

Along with being a Fort Worth staple for over 80 years, Joe T. Garcia’s is a magnet for celebrities.

“Friends” actor Matt LeBlanc was spotted at the restaurant a couple weeks ago, followed by “Yellowstone” actor Cole Hauser in mid-August. “Training Day” actor Ethan Hawke also stopped by the eatery earlier this year.

The Mark Wahlberg event at Joe T. Garcia’s Monday is free from 7 to 7:45 p.m. at 2201 N. Commerce St.
