A 34-year-old bicyclist from Grand Prairie died after a collision with a car this week on Texas 360 in Arlington, police said.

Gregory Williams was riding a bicycle north on 360, just north of Interstate 20, about 4 a.m. Tuesday when a vehicle attempting to change lanes struck him, said Sgt. VaNessa Harrison, an Arlington police spokeswoman.

The driver told police that other vehicles might also have hit Williams.

Williams died Wednesday morning at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office.

The driver who hit Williams stopped to render aide, and no criminal charges are expected, Harrison said.
