A suspect in a theft at an Arlington car wash in September turned himself in Wednesday after police posted a surveillance picture on him smiling on social media.

The man, whose name was not being released Wednesday afternoon, was caught on a surveillance camera at the Lucky Car Wash on East Pioneer Parkway on Sept. 30.

Arlington police posted his photo, along with two other men who were caught on camera, to their Facebook page Wednesday.

One of them broke into a vault and one stood watch, as the third man cleaned out a getaway vehicle, according to the Facebook post.

The men were driving a silver four-door Nissan Sentra with a rear spoiler.

Anyone who recognizes the suspects is asked to contact Detective. Hugh Trinh at 817-459-5805.
