If you’re looking for a job, American Airlines is hiring.

The Fort Worth-based carrier has been in expansion mode since its 2013 merger with US Airways, hiring thousands of new gate agents, ramp workers, call center representatives, pilots and flight attendants.

“We’re now in position where if you want to build a career at American, the company will be here for you for the length of your career,” chief executive Doug Parker says in a welcome video shown to new hires.
