Gary Kelly was the prettiest airline CEO in the land on Friday.

Southwest Airlines chief executive Kelly put on some lipstick and painted his nails to transform into as Snow White for the Dallas-based carrier’s annual Halloween party at its headquarters.

Other executives donned prosthetic noses and fake beards to accompany Kelly as his seven dwarfs. The Evil Queen and Prince Charming also made an appearance.

Every year, Southwest workers dress up for Halloween and turn conference rooms into trick-or-treat spots for employee’s children. Departments also perform skits to compete against each other, judged by Kelly and other guest judges.

This is not the first time that Kelly has put on a dress for Halloween. Previously, Kelly dressed as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz and Edna Turnblad from Hairspray. Last year, Kelly dressed as Paul McCartney, a la 60s-era Beatles, for an “All You Need is Love” Halloween party as the airline celebrated the lifting of the Wright Amendment restrictions at Dallas Love Field.
