Southwest Airlines announced Friday that it plans to hire an additional 650 customer service representatives at three call centers.
The call centers, which take ticket reservations and address customer service issues, are located in Albuquerque, Phoenix and San Antonio.
“We are looking for hardworking, fun-loving, and caring people who will give their all to help connect our Customers to what’s important in their lives,” said Southwest’s vice president of people Julie Weber.
In May, the Dallas-based carrier announced it was hiring 500 new ramp workers at various airports around the country.
