The daily STEW (Star-Telegram Editorial Writers): Now that Love Field is open to nonstop long-haul flights beyond the former Wright Amendment perimeters, do you believe you will go there more often for your travel, perhaps driving past DFW Airport on your way? What’s more important in that decision, price or flight schedule?
For me, I will continue to use DFW Airport. I’ve priced SWA tickets and I find them not competitive with the other airlines. Living in the western side of Tarrant County, it’s much easier for us to use DFW Airport. I wish Love Field much success though. Melissa Everett Berger

I don’t fly much, but when I do, it’s from DFW. If Dallas had kept its word, Love Field would have been closed. Can anyone think of a time that Dallas kept its word? Terry Evans
No, because I fly mostly in Asia when going on vacation, DFW is more convenient for me. It is great to have options though. Josef Gratts

Price. I’m 15 minutes from DFW and I choose Love regularly. Now with Southwest and Virgin there, I’m dancing a jig. I will be watching the DFW prices, though. Martha Wright
