A request for space for print publication in the Star-Telegram must be made before uploading your photos.
This form must be completed and submitted before photos will be considered for publication. Filling out this form does not guarantee we will post your photos online or run them in the newspaper. Separate events require separate forms for each event.
Please include a complete description of your event. This form must be completed and submitted before photos can be published. The form may be completed at the same time that photos are uploaded, but remember that photos may not publlish for 2 or more weeks.
Please note: date format should read MM/DD/YYYY (for example, 02/20/2009)
Everyone in the photo MUST be identified. No one person may appear in more than one photo per event.

The decision to publish photos from an event is strictly at the discretion of the Star-Telegram. The Star-Telegram will retain all rights to photographs published in the Star-Telegram.
Please read the instructions carefully before posting. The information about your photos and your event will be posted exactly as you enter it.
Photos must be uploaded one at a time. Please make sure your photos are at least 200 dpi and at least 7 inches on the longest side. Do not crop or alter the photograph in any way.
Everyone in the photo MUST be identified.All names must be spelled correctly.
In the "Event name" field: Please provide the name of the event and the number of photos, such as, "Boys and Girls Club Golf Tournament, 3 of 10."
In the "Names ..." field: Please list first and last names of the people in the photo from left to right (spelled correctly).
In the "Event description" field: Include a sentence or two that provides information about the event.
