For the Well Turned-Out Traveler

Moore & Giles has been known for its quality leathers since the ’30s, when its founders began selling skins to the shoe industry during the depths of the Great Depression. Today, the Virginia-based company caters to the luxury hospitality, aviation and residential interior design industries, but it also offers a curated collection of beautifully crafted leather wallets, belts, luggage, handbags and duffels, including the Austin hanging dopp kit ($325), along with smaller accessories like colorful luggage tags ($40) and passport covers ($60). Available at Malouf’s.

Glamour to Go

Burton knows a thing or two about curves and slopes, so it’s hardly surprising that the image gracing its new collection of limited-edition custom snowboards is Marilyn Monroe. Each size of this poppy and nimble Twin Flex Fiberglass board bears a different iconic image, but every one has a lipstick kiss on the bottom — a little good-luck charm for the ultimate freestyle experience. $569.95. CD Ski & Sports.

Good as Gold

In 1897, the Klondike Gold Rush was in full swing and C.C. Filson opened the Pioneer Alaska Clothing and Blanket Manufacturers in Seattle to provide quality gear to fortune-seekers setting off into the Yukon. Today, the company he founded continues to produce rugged, nature-tested outdoor gear, including this sturdy, weather-resistant bag ($360) and this roomy rolling carry-on case ($545), both from its line of durable, leather-accented luggage — perfect for any destination, from the great outdoors to the urban jungle.
