Day Break, Martin House Brewing Co.’s 4-Grain Breakfast Brew, has been around a while. It’s an easy-drinking ale brewed with honey and milk stout, a breakfast beer that’s milder than (and more pleasant than) most black coffee.
At Breakfastfest, $10 will buy you three pints of any beer Martin House has on tap, but you’ll get a can of Day Break just for walking through the door. There’ll be live music from Ole G and the appropriately named Rise and Shine.
There is also this note: “Wear your pj’s for a free bowl of beerios.” We’re just gonna let out imagination run wile with that one.

And ... there’ll be bacon! Bacon bacon bacon! “Bacon-themed eats” and a bacon-eating contest!
Tickets will be available at the door at the brewery, 220 S. Sylvania Ave. just east of downtown Fort Worth.
To promote this, Martin House has done a rather amusing “infomercial” for Day Break, which, according to the infomercial, is much easier to deal with at breakfast than, say, pouring milk into a bowl of cereal.
Cody Martin, founder and brewer engineer, explains it all to you in the videos below, which come with everything but a list of side effects and a “professional drinker on a closed course — do not attempt” subtitle.
The first clip is a condensed “preview” that’s less than a minute long, but the second one is the one to watch if you’ve got 5 minutes to spare. And make sure you stick around for the credits.
