Fresh off chef Marcus Paslay’s appearance on the Saturday edition of CBS This Morning, there’s additional news about the Clay Pigeon Food and Drink owner: He plans to open a second restaurant this fall in southwest Fort Worth.
The restaurant, Piattello Italian Kitchen, will be in the Waterside development that will also be a home to Fort Worth’s first Whole Foods Market and to a Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza, which recently opened its first Tarrant location in Arlington.
According to a release, “Paslay’s take on comfortable Italian fare will include housemade pastas, as well as pizzas from a wood-burning oven. Special features will be available daily. In the mornings, part of the restaurant will be open as Piattello Coffee Bar.”
