By most every metric, the 2016 presidential campaign has been one big batch of crazy.
So, it’s fitting then, that notoriously humorous pizza chain Cane Rosso is indulging in a bit of fun before all the electoral madness subsides.
For one day only, all Cane Rosso locations — including Fort Worth’s — will offer what it calls “dueling pizza specials” in honor of Election Day and each political party’s respective candidates.
The Donald Trump-inspired pie — dubbed “The Bad Hombre” — is topped with housemade mozzarella, smoked brisket, queso, jalapenos and caramelized onions.

The Hillary Clinton-inspired pie — dubbed “The Nasty Woman” — is topped with housemade mozzarella, caramelized pineapple, jalapenos, proscuitto cotto and bacon marmalade, and served with a side of “nasty” jalapeno ranch dressing.
That’s right: Ranch dressing — the bane of Cane Rosso owner Jay Jerrier’s existence.
“Ranch-eaters, this is your ONE day,” read a Facebook post, in part. “The Banhammer comes back out on Wednesday. We will be watching and judging you all night long.”
The Cane Rosso locations will be keeping track of how many of each pizza is ordered, and providing the results at evening’s end.
As the chain observed on Facebook: “If the world is going to end tomorrow, we may as well all go out eating pizza.”
