Choose to be drug free and get a free prom dress or tuxedo

Parents know that attending a prom can cost hundreds of dollars. Here’s a way to cut down on those costs.

Students are invited to register for the 14th annual BuzzFree PROMises Dress & Tux Giveaway. The event was originally scheduled in February, but was postponed due the weather. It’s been rescheduled for 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, March 21.

Pre-registration, which includes writing a 300-500 word essay on choosing to be drug free, is required to attend the event.

After attending the workshops, which reinforces healthy behavior, and a fashion show, students will be able to choose a free prom dress or tuxedo/suit. Students must attend the entire event.

One adult, who is required to sign in at the event and attend the full day of parent programming, may assist the student in dress/suit selection. Other individuals, including siblings, that are not registered for the event cannot attend and will be asked to leave.

To register, go to www.surveymonkey.com/s/BFP2015.
