It's that time of year again: The weather outside gets cooler, and the weather inside the Gaylord Texan gets downright cold. The Gaylord Texan's annual Ice! exhibit opens Friday, and this year's theme is "A Charlie Brown Christmas." There'll be ice sculptures of the whole Peanuts gang, carved from nearly 2 million pounds of ice by artisans.
In fact, the Gaylord is filled with holiday spirit all over. This year's Snow! attraction lets you speed down an eight-lane hill covered in (you guessed it) snow. And the resort is decked out for the holiday with a display worth seeing: 1.5 million lights, 12,000 ornaments and a 52-foot rotating Christmas tree.
Do one thing or choose from several ticket packages. The fun starts Friday and continues through Jan. 3.
