New IMAX film offers underwater close-ups from around the world

Consider the leafy sea dragon. Or the flamboyant cuttlefish.

Yes, they're real. And you'll have the chance to consider them up close -- almost face-to-face -- in Under the Sea, an IMAX film that opens this weekend at the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History.

The movie is designed to make you feel like you're in the ocean, surrounded by colorful sea creatures. It's not easy to get this far underwater without getting wet. Narrated by Jim Carrey, the 41-minute film takes viewers all over the world, including south Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea and the Great Barrier Reef. You'll see just how beautiful it is down there under the surface, and you'll learn about how climate change is affecting the world's oceans.
