The dish: Whole Foods' house brand offers a Thai-inspired dish of rice noodles and tofu in a peanut sauce. Kudos that it does not contain artificial colors or flavors. Unfortunately, there's not much else to compliment. The dish cooked up as one big, gummy mess. The cloying sauce almost tasted like peanutty glue; the noodles stuck together, and so did the tofu chunks. Vegetables (shown on the box) were not discernible. I could handle only one bite; my dining companion managed a few more before we went back to the fridge to look for something else to eat.
Will I keep it in my freezer? No way.
