Mommy Mixologist: Low -cal cocktails with heavyweight taste

You go "Skinny Girl" margarita

Created by Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel, this low-cal (100 calories per 4 oz serving) bottled version of a bar favorite is nearly impossible to find. After an unfruitful search in Dallas, I got a tip from a Siegel’s manager that I could get a taste at Burger Girl, a new eatery around the corner. Once there Manager Stephanie Galanos confirmed that my quest was over. And I have to say it was worth the effort. The all in one mix is served on the rocks and is a perfect blend of lime and Agave clear tequila without the sweetness of the higher calorie classic. If you can find it, the 750 ml bottle costs around $14. But if you can’t wait to get a fix, Burger Girl serves it for $8 and you won’t feel guilty pairing it with a juicy patty. Find it:

And for all the beer lovers try the 95 calorie Michelob Ultra Dragon Fruit Peach and Lime Cactus light beers. Their crisp fruity flavors will take the dull out of your diet.
