Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens, one of the most colorful and controversial players in the National Football League, will be among several celebrities featured in a CNBC documentary entitled “Newbos: The Rise of America’s New Black Overclass,” which premieres Tuesday, Feb. 24.
The one-hour show will profile young, multi-millionaire blacks and the challenges and opportunities that come with their first generation wealth.
Other celebrities profiled in the documentary include Lebron James, Torii Hunter, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Wyclef Jean, Lil’ Wayne, Williams Brothers of Cash Money Records, Fort Worth native Kirk Franklin and Bob Johnson.
