Bank in south Fort Worth robbed by graying bandit

A Compass Bank in south Fort Worth was robbed Saturday morning, according to police reports.

At about 9:40 a.m. a man in his 50s with a graying beard and wearing a khaki hat, blue jeans and a green or blue jacket passed a note to a bank teller demanding money.

He took the cash and ran from the bank, located at 4408 Bryant Irvin Road, police reports say. He was last seen in a white extended cab Chevrolet truck.
