EULESS — Police believe skeletal remains discovered in Euless on Tuesday night are those of a woman who went missing several months ago, police said.
A man discovered the skull and bones in the 800 block of Bear Creek Parkway while walking his dog, said Lt. John Williams, a Euless police spokesman. There was no indication of foul play, he said.
The remains were gathered this morning by an anthropologist from the district attorney's office, Williams said. Police are waiting for a positive identification from the medical examiner's office before notifying the family and releasing the woman's name, he said.
