CHICAGO -- Authorities in Chicago say they've found the body of a young black boy in an SUV that reportedly has a license plate matching the number listed on an Amber Alert issued for Jennifer Hudson's missing nephew.
Authorities haven't identified the body or confirmed the SUV is the one that was the subject of the search launched after the singer's mother and brother were found shot to death Friday.
Fox News reported from the scene that the SUV's license plate matched the Amber Alert.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office and Chicago Police Department have sent officials to the scene.
Seven-year-old Julian King hasn't been seen since Friday. Authorities issued an alert saying they were looking for a 1994 white Chevrolet Suburban.
Television helicopter footage showed a large white SUV being taken from the scene on the city's West Side Monday morning.
Julian is the son of Jennifer Hudson's sister, Julia Hudson.
