A 48-year-old Arlington man was sentenced Friday to more than seven years in federal prison after pleading guilty in July to receiving child pornography, U.S. Attorney Richard B. Roper announced. Stephen E. Watson, 48, was arrested in May after authorities accused him of operating a commercial child pornography Web site known as “Home Collection.”
At the time of his arrest authorities found at least 70 pornographic images of minors engaged in sex acts on Watson’s computer, according to a release from Roper’s office.
Watson must register as a sex offender, serve a lifetime of supervised release, and pay a fine of $25,000, according to the release.
