Police in Garland have canceled an Amber Alert after a teenager and her baby were dropped off at a service station by the child's father.
Officers say they believe Larissa Faulkner, 17, and her 10-month-old baby Ezequiel Ruiz Jr. were taken by force Sunday by Ezequiel Ruiz, the 22-year-old father of the baby.
Shortly after an Amber Alert was issued, Faulkner and the baby were let out at a Dallas service station, according to a news release.
Garland police said Faulkner suffered several scrapes and scratches and that the baby appeared OK with no apparent injuries.
