FORT WORTH -- A jury has begun deliberations on whether an Arlington woman should regain custody of her three children.
Child Protective Services placed three of Whitney Walker’s children, including an infant who was born in July 2007, in foster care after the oldest children were found to have ingested methamphetamine last year at the family’s Richland Hills home.
The children are now ages 3, 2 and 1. Walker had a fourth child a few months ago, but CPS did not take that child away.
Walker and the children’s grandmother, Janna Beau, were arrested on suspicion of endangering a child, but in December, a Tarrant County grand jury declined to indict them.
