Southeast Arlington Little League President Lance LeVan said Bowman was a dedicated parent and coach for the league.
"In little league, there are always a dozen or so parents who are loyal volunteers and he was one of them," LeVan said Tuesday. "If we needed him to work concession, he would do it."
The vigil will be at Cravens Park on the Green Field, LeVan said.
