Firefighters on Tuesday were still investigating an overnight blaze that caused an estimated $120,000 of damage to a home in east Fort Worth.
The fire was reported at 12:50 a.m. in the 5000 block of Chapman Street, said Lt. Kent Worley, spokesman for the fire department. The neighborhood is southwest of the intersection of East Rosedale Street and East Loop 820 South.
Firefighters had the blaze under control in about 15 minutes, but the flames still caused $80,000 of damage to the house and $40,000 to the contents, Worley said.
One person lived at the home, but was unhurt, Worley said.

A firefighter, however, was stuck in the hand with a nail and was treated and released at a hospital, the spokesman said.
The cause of the fire was undetermined on Tuesday, Worley said.
