FLOWER MOUND -- A $5,000 reward was offered Monday for information on a man who authorities believe is responsible for a series of pharmacy robberies in the area.
The reward comes from money seized by Flower Mound police from criminals, police said Monday.
Investigators believe the same armed man has robbed five pharmacies since March in Flower Mound, Highland Village and Lewisville, handing notes to clerks and demanding a variety of drugs. Police have declined to say which drugs he has demanded.
Authorities said the bandit has handed each clerk a note stating that he had a gun and not to call police. The robber has partially pulled the handgun out of his jacket to show the clerk.
